SPECIFICATIONS

Both BYD & Makrite N95 surgical respirators have ARTG (TGA) registration. Both respirators are NIOSH tested & approved as meeting N95 filter efficiency & have also been tested for fluid resistance, as detailed in the table below. The supporting information is available upon request.

ANALYSIS & CONCLUSION

Both BYD & Makrite N95 are surgical respirators that well & truly meet the NIOSH requirements as well as possessing level 3 barrier fluid resistance, which is the highest level under AS4381:2015. The Makrite respirator does offer superiority breathability, and achieves a greater degree of particle filtration, as well as showing greater consistency across the tested samples.
