SPECIFICATIONS
Both BYD and Makrite N95 surgical respirators have ARTG (TGA) registration. Both respirators are NIOSH tested and approved as meeting N95 filter efficiency and have also been tested for fluid resistance, as detailed in the table below. The supporting information is available upon request.

ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSION
Both BYD and Makrite N95 are surgical respirators that well and truly meet the NIOSH requirements as well as possessing level 3 barrier fluid resistance, which is the highest level under AS4381:2015. The Makrite respirator does offer superiority breathability, and achieves a greater degree of particle filtration, as well as showing greater consistency across the tested samples.
